1. HEALTH & SAFETY DISCLAIMER Products sold by Archaneon Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. Consult a physician before use. By purchasing, you acknowledge that results vary and you assume all risks associated with the use of the product.

2. SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT GOALS

  • 48-Hour Target: Our goal is to process and prepare all orders for shipping within 48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Tracking: Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be issued via email. Archaneon is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external events (Force Majeure).

3. INTERNATIONAL SALES (OUTSIDE THE U.S.)

  • All Sales Final: All international sales (any order shipped outside the United States) are final. Under no circumstances are international orders eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

  • Importer Responsibility: The buyer is the "Importer of Record" and is responsible for all duties, taxes, and ensuring the product complies with local laws. Archaneon is not responsible for items seized or destroyed by customs.

4. LOST, STOLEN, & DAMAGED PACKAGES

  • Lost Items: Once a package leaves our facility, lost or stolen items are deemed the customer’s responsibility. Archaneon Supplements is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but not received by the customer.

  • Damaged Items: Only packages that arrive physically damaged (e.g., broken seals, crushed containers) are eligible for re-shipment. To qualify, you must provide photographic evidence of the damage within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Package Protection (SavedBy): We strongly recommend purchasing SavedBy Package Protection at checkout. Orders protected by SavedBy are the only orders eligible for reimbursement or replacement in the event of loss or theft. If you opt-out of SavedBy, you accept full financial risk for the transit of your package.

5. RETURNS & REFUND POLICY (U.S. ONLY)

  • Pre-Approval Required: All returns must be pre-approved. You must contact us at support@archaneonsupps.com or through our Contact Us page to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Unauthorized returns will be refused.

  • Eligibility: To maintain safety standards, only unopened products with the original heat-induction seal intact are eligible for return consideration.

  • Individual Basis: All refunds and returns are determined on an individual basis at the sole discretion of Archaneon Supplements.

  • Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. A 15% restocking and safety-inspection fee applies to all approved returns.

6. SUBSCRIPTIONS & CANCELLATIONS

  • 24-Hour Cutoff: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle triggers.

  • Fulfillment Lock: If a cancellation is requested less than 24 hours before the trigger, we cannot promise the order will not be fulfilled. In such cases, the shipment will proceed and is subject to our standard Return Policy (Section 5).

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Archaneon Supplements’ total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

8. GOVERNING LAW This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Colorado.

9. SEVERABILITY If any provision of this policy is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
