Archaneon Supplements LLC
Last updated: October 15, 2026
Archaneon Supplements LLC ("Archaneon," "Eternal," "we," "us," or "our") makes Eternal supplements and runs eternalsupps.com and our related online services: our store, accounts, subscriptions, reviews, sign-ups, our athlete program, and customer support (together, the "Services"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have.
The short version:
- We collect what we need to sell and ship your order, run your account and subscription, and improve our site.
- We use cookies and pixels for analytics and, with your permission or unless you opt out, for advertising.
- We never sell your information for money. You can turn off advertising and analytics at any time using "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information," Cookie settings, or Global Privacy Control.
- You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Contact and order details: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, the items you buy, and your order notes.
- Account and subscription details: your login, order history, subscription plan, delivery schedule, and changes you make to your subscription.
- Payment details: your card or other payment details are entered on the secure checkout run by Shopify and its payment partners. We never receive or store your full card number.
- Marketing sign-ups: your email address and/or phone number, your marketing choices, and records of your consent. This includes sign-ups through our pop-ups, quizzes, games (such as our Plinko game), and product-drop alerts, plus any answers you give in a quiz (for example, which product or flavor you prefer).
- Reviews: the review text, star rating, and any photo you choose to submit, the name you choose to display, and, if you give it, your permission for us to use your review or photo in our marketing.
- Customer support: the messages you send us and the details needed to help you.
-
Athlete and affiliate program: if you apply to or join our athlete program, we collect:
- your application details (such as your name, contact details, social media handles, and the information you share about yourself);
- your profile details;
- your referral codes and links, and the clicks and sales they drive;
- your commissions;
- the payout details needed to pay you (for example, your PayPal email);
- tax information where the law requires it.
Information collected automatically
-
Device and usage information:
- your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, and language;
- the pages you view, links and buttons you click, how far you scroll, and how long you stay;
- the page or ad that brought you to us, including campaign tags and ad click identifiers;
- your approximate location (country or region) inferred from your IP address.
- Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies: see section 4 and the Cookie settings panel on our site, which lists each cookie, who sets it, why, and for how long.
- Visit recordings: see section 5.
Information from others
- Shopify, which runs our store and checkout, gives us your order and payment status.
- Marketplaces: if you buy from us on a marketplace such as TikTok Shop, we receive the order details needed to fulfil it. That marketplace's own privacy policy also applies to you.
- Advertising and analytics partners give us reports on how our ads and site perform. These are generally in aggregate.
- Public profiles: for our athlete program, we may look at public social media profiles, and we may invite existing customers to join.
- People who refer you, if you arrive through an athlete's or customer's referral link or code.
Sensitive information. The only sensitive information we handle is your account login credentials. We use them only to give you secure access to your account. We do not use sensitive information to infer anything about you. We do not ask for health information, and we do not collect precise geolocation.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- process, ship, and support your orders, returns, and package protection;
- run your account and manage subscriptions and recurring billing, including any renewal and price-change notices;
- respond to your questions and support requests;
- send order and account messages, and marketing emails and texts you have agreed to receive;
- show you relevant ads and measure how our ads perform (subject to your choices in section 4);
- understand how our site is used, find and fix problems, and test improvements (see section 5);
- publish and moderate reviews, and, only with your permission, use your review or photo in our marketing;
- run our athlete and referral programs: review applications, track referrals, and calculate and pay commissions;
- detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
- meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and enforce our terms.
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
3. How we share information
We share personal information only as described here.
Service providers that work for us under contract and may use your information only to provide their services to us:
- Shopify, for our store, checkout, payments, and Shop Pay, along with Shopify's payment partners;
- Klaviyo, for email and SMS;
- shipping carriers and fulfilment partners;
- SavedBy, for package protection;
- PayPal and other payout providers, for athlete commissions;
- our cloud hosting and database providers;
- an AI service provider. It receives only anonymous lists of visit steps, to write short summaries that help us spot site problems (see section 5).
Advertising and analytics partners. With your permission, or unless you opt out (see section 4), we use:
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, and Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads), for measuring site traffic and ad performance;
- the same partners, for showing our ads to you and to people similar to our customers.
These partners may receive information such as:
- the pages you view and the actions you take, like adding to cart or purchasing;
- ad click identifiers;
- device information;
- hashed (scrambled) contact details used to match conversions.
Marketplaces and platforms: for example, TikTok Shop for orders placed there, and Discord if you join our athlete community.
Our athlete program: limited order information (such as order value and the code or link used) is used to credit the athlete whose code or link you used. We do not give athletes your contact details.
Legal and safety: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights, customers, or others, or prevent fraud.
Business transfers: if our business is sold, merged, or reorganized, information may transfer to the new owner under this policy.
"Selling" and "sharing." We do not sell personal information for money. However, using advertising cookies and pixels may count as "selling" or "sharing" personal information, or "targeted advertising," under some US state laws. You can opt out at any time (see section 4).
SMS. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages.
4. Cookies, pixels, and your choices
What we use them for. We use:
- essential cookies to run the site (your cart, sign-in, security, and remembering your privacy choices);
- analytics cookies to understand how the site is used;
- marketing cookies and pixels for advertising and to connect site visits to our emails and texts.
Our Cookie settings panel (link in the site footer) lists every cookie by name, provider, purpose, and duration.
Your choices:
-
If you're in the United States, analytics and marketing run by default. You can turn them off anytime:
- click "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" or "Cookie settings" in the footer;
- or turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. We honor GPC automatically as an opt-out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising.
- If you're outside the United States, only essential cookies run until you choose. You can accept all, reject all, or choose by category, and change your mind anytime in Cookie settings.
- Browser and industry tools: you can also block or delete cookies in your browser (some site features may stop working), and opt out of interest-based ads through tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info).
- Because there is no common standard for "Do Not Track" browser signals, we respond to GPC instead.
5. Analytics and visit recordings
Analytics and visit recordings. We use PostHog, run on our own servers, to understand how our site is used and fix problems. It collects pages viewed, clicks and scrolling, and records a replay of each visit. Form fields are masked, account and checkout pages are never recorded, and we don't store your name, email or IP address with this data. We may note whether a visit led to an order, using a random visit code. An AI tool may summarize a visit's steps (never the replay or anything that identifies you) to help us spot problems. Recordings are deleted after 30 days; clips showing a problem may be kept until it's fixed. Other analytics data is kept long-term without your name, email or IP address. We never sell this data or share it with advertisers. It runs only if you allow Statistics cookies (in the US, unless you opt out). You can turn it off anytime in Cookie settings, with "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information", or via Global Privacy Control.
We also keep our own first-party site statistics, such as visits, pages, and add-to-carts. They follow the same rules: they use random visit codes rather than your name or email, and they run only when analytics is allowed.
6. SMS and email marketing
If you opt in to text messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from Eternal (Archaneon Supplements) at the number you provide.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. You can also contact support@archaneonsupps.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. We will still send messages about your orders, account, and subscription.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy:
- Orders and transactions: for as long as needed to provide the Services, and to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements.
- Your account and subscription: while your account is open, and afterwards as needed for the reasons above, or until you ask us to delete it.
- Marketing sign-ups: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep a minimal record so we keep honoring your opt-out.
- Reviews: while published or until you ask us to remove them. Any permission you gave for marketing use lasts until you withdraw it for future use.
- Support messages: as long as needed to resolve your request and keep a record of it.
- Athlete program: while you take part, and afterwards as needed to settle commissions and meet tax and legal requirements.
- Visit recordings: deleted after 30 days. Clips showing a problem may be kept until it's fixed.
- Analytics: kept long-term, but only in a form without your name, email, or IP address. If you ask us to delete your information, we also remove anything in our long-term analytics that links your orders to your visits.
8. Your privacy rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy (including in a portable format);
- correct inaccurate information;
- delete your information, subject to legal exceptions (for example, records we must keep for tax purposes);
- stop using your information for targeted advertising, "sale," or "sharing" (also available instantly through section 4's choices);
- stop marketing messages.
How to ask:
- Email support@archaneonsupps.com with the subject "Privacy request," or use our Contact Us page.
- We will confirm your identity (usually by asking you to confirm from the email on your order or account) before we act.
- We respond within 45 days, or sooner where the law requires.
- You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of their authority.
- We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Appeals. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision with the subject "Privacy appeal." We will answer within the time the law requires. If you're still not satisfied, you may contact your state Attorney General.
US state privacy rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other states with privacy laws have the rights above, as their laws provide.

EEA, UK, and Switzerland (GDPR). We rely on these legal bases:
- Contract: to process orders, accounts, and subscriptions.

- Legal obligation: tax and accounting.
You also have the rights to restrict or object to processing, and to complain to your data protection authority.
International transfers. We are based in the United States, and your information is processed there. Where required, transfers rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or our providers' certifications.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. These include encrypted connections, access controls, and masking of form fields in analytics. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Children
Our products and Services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. If changes are significant, we will give additional notice, such as on our site or by email.
