We want everyone to be able to shop with us, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, screen magnification, voice control or captions. Accessibility is part of how we build this store, and we keep improving it.

Our commitment

Archaneon Supplements is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the widely used standard for accessible websites, and we see accessibility as ongoing work, not a one-time project.

Archaneon Supplements LLC does not discriminate on the basis of disability and is committed to providing equal access to goods and services.

Where we are today

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA, self-assessed. "Partially conformant" means some parts do not fully meet the standard yet; the known ones are listed below, with a way around each.

We have not had a formal outside audit. We check the site ourselves with automated accessibility testing of our main pages at desktop and phone sizes, plus hands-on review, and we fix what we find. Automated tools can't catch everything, so your feedback matters.

What we've done

  • A "Skip to main content" link is the first thing you reach with the Tab key.
  • Menus, buttons, forms and product photos work with a keyboard, with a visible outline showing where you are.
  • Pages use real headings and landmarks, so screen readers can move around them.
  • Product images have text descriptions, and every form field has a label.
  • Text and buttons are designed for readable color contrast.
  • Animation follows your device's "reduce motion" setting, and the home page slideshow has a pause button.
  • Product photos can be changed by swiping, tapping a thumbnail or using the arrow keys.
  • Pages hold their layout while content loads, so things don't jump around.

Known limitations and how to get around them

  • Supplement Facts on some products appear as a picture of the label. Ask us and we'll email you the full text or read it to you over the phone.
  • Photos and videos that customers add to their reviews may not have text descriptions or captions.
  • Checkout is hosted by Shopify, our e-commerce platform, so we don't control its design. If checkout doesn't work for you, we'll take your order by phone or mail.
