Shipping anywhere else? Any order shipped outside the United States is a final sale, and the buyer is the importer of record for duties, taxes, and local-law compliance — the International orders section below has the full terms.

Free US shipping starts at $99, and we round to the nearest dollar in your favor — so you never miss it by a cent or two. The number you see is the number you pay: we'd rather show you the line than surprise you at checkout.

Shipping rates below the free threshold are calculated at checkout from your delivery address — you'll always see the full cost before you pay: no drip fees, ever.
Processing & transit times
Our goal is to process and prepare every order for shipping within 48 business hours (weekends and holidays excluded). The moment it's processed, a tracking number lands in your email.
Transit windows and carrier options are calculated and shown at checkout for your delivery address — real carrier windows, never a fake 'arrives Tuesday.' Once a package is with the carrier, delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control can happen; the fine print covers how that's handled.
How returns work.
- Check your path — a FIRST tub of a product rides the 60-Day Honor Guarantee (opened is OK). Anything else must be unopened with the original heat-induction seal intact.
- Get pre-approval — contact support for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before you ship anything. Unauthorized returns are refused. US orders only — international sales are final.
- Ship it back — you cover the return shipping.
- Your refund lands — the purchase price less the 15% restocking and safety-inspection fee, to your original payment method.

International orders.
All international sales — any order shipped outside the United States — are final, and not eligible for a return, exchange, or refund. The buyer is the importer of record and responsible for duties, taxes, and local-law compliance.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Once a package leaves our facility, lost or stolen packages are the customer's responsibility — including packages the carrier marks “Delivered.” Packages that arrive physically damaged are eligible for re-shipment with photographic evidence sent within 48 hours of delivery.
We strongly recommend adding Shipping Insurance to your order — protected orders are the only orders eligible for reimbursement or replacement after loss or theft in transit.
Subscriptions & cancellations.
Cancel anytime — requests just need to land at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle triggers. Inside that window the order may already be locked for fulfillment; if it ships, it follows the standard return policy.
