60-Day Honor Guarantee
Your first tub of any product is covered — even after you've opened it. If it doesn't earn its place, you can send it back. Here is the whole deal, friction included:
- Covers the FIRST tub of a product — opened or not. Later tubs follow the standard returns policy (unopened, seal intact).
- One guarantee claim per customer per product.
- US orders only — international sales are final.
- Start your claim within 60 days, through support: you'll need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before you ship anything back. Unauthorized returns are refused.
- The tub comes back to us, and you pay the return shipping.
- Your refund is the purchase price less the 15% restocking and safety-inspection fee, issued to your original payment method.
How it fits the returns policy
First-tub claims ride the guarantee — that's the one exception to the unopened-seal rule. Everything else follows the standard returns policy: same RMA pre-approval, same 15% fee, unopened with the seal intact.
