I love this pre workout! It tastes so good and it doesn’t taste like the normal prework; it actually tastes good. Im in the military and it definitely helps me get that work out in even after a long day at work.
The creatine tastes amazing. The pre workout keeps me awake and focused. And the bottle is the perfect size and very sleek. On top of all that the rice crispy treat got me through my last workout which resulted in 3 PR’s!!!

So unfortunately, the flavor was definitely not it wish I would’ve got a different flavor. Usually I like tropical flavors but it’s just a not taste good for some reason. It was the first time I tried you so I’ve never really tried any other flavors with y’all.

I really like the Cotton Candy flavor the taste is honestly amazing, this is my first pre-workout ever so taste was important to me. As for the effects I’d say it serves its purpose perfectly, it gets me energized and ready to lift. Only downside is I get a bit itchy but apparently that’s normal. 10/10
